Hennel Close/Dacres Road Community Payback cleanup

Toaday, I visited the above site where the Community Payback team are doing a grand job in clearing up what has been a fly tipped eyesore of land. My photo shows some of the collected rubbish waiting to be removed and how clear the site has become. While I was there, a team of magistrates came to view the work of the payback team and see their sentence… Continue

Less serial holes-in-the-road

Good news for all of us who constantly wonder why our streets are dug up for something to do with gas pipes, then, almost as soon as we get a smooth surface to walk on again (or an unobstructed road to drive or cycle on) - Thames Water is back to dig the same place up again for something to do with their pipes! (repeat for all the other people who have pipes or wires under the streets...)

Lewisham has been successful in its application to run a street works permitting scheme.

Planning Applications in Perry Vale

We can't yet get an automated feed of this from the Council's system, or filter on recent/current applications. (We're working with the IT system supplier on improving this.)

Click on this link (should open in a new browser tab or window), select "Perry Vale" from the Ward Name dropdown, then click the "Search" button.

Below are reports on Planning Applications in Perry Vale scheduled for hearing at Planning Committee meetings:
(Depends on manual tagging, so don't rely on us tagging them all, yet! Note that minor and non-controversial cases will not be heard at a committee.)

Where's Perry Vale???
